Bugvinyl will provide its customers with the best level of service we possibly can, you have paid for products that we will simply deliver in the timely fashion your payment deserves. You will find shopping and building your collection with us a pleasure and hopefully infectious.
Our website is easy to use and completely secure, so you can feel confident in placing your order for our committed attention.
Ordering & Delivery
On placing an order with Bugvinyl, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order is being processed. UK Delivery, all parcels will be securely wrapped and delivery will be by :
First class Royal Mail post Recorded, requiring to be signed for. Payment for which is added to your order at checkout Upto 100g 1.90
250g 2.50
500g 3.50
750g 5.00
1kg 6.00 each extra 250g after 1.00
European International Post - Recorded, requiring to be signed for.
Payment will taken from your credit card at the current rate of exchange.

All prices are in UK £ with only the postage & packaging to be added. We accept the following credit & debit cards
Privacy & Security
We want you to shop with Bugvinyl, in total confidence. All personal information is transferred from or website onto our secure database. Our server software fully encrypts all your personal information including your credit/debit card details, along with your name and address.
Damaged/ Faulty
We believe our packaging ensures that you receive your chosen item in perfect condition. If one of our items should arrive with you damaged, contact us and let us know, and we will arrange a refund or exchange within 30 days.
NO fuss returns policy
If you decide the item ordered is not what you envisaged (?) return with all the parts and the complete packaging, in 7 days to PO Box 227 Beverley (HU17 6AG) England. We will duly refund your money within 30 days. Please note that when returning a parcel it is your responsibility until it reaches us. The postage cost is also your responsibility and we suggest the item is registered. Also please remember to include your name, home address, and e-mail address.
Descriptions
Every care has been taken to ensure the descriptions/photos/ measurements/ colours are listed correctly. That is also the case for our prices. Orders will be dispatched strictly in the order they where received, availability is subject to volume. Any unsuccessful order will be notified by e-mail.
